Hillcrest Children and Family Center was founded in 1815 and offers primary prevention and mental health services to children and families. Their mission is to "promote the well-being and spiritual development of all children and youth of the District of Columbia. This is done "through comprehensive, culturally responsive, family and community focused services, education and advocacy.
Hillcrest Children's Center (HCC) is a freestanding outpatient mental health facility that consists of a team of professionals who are not only committed but dedicated to establishing good working relationships with their consumers. A wide range of services are provided in order to meet the psychological needs of children, adolescents, and families at Hillcrest Children's Center to make sure that each individual's mental health needs are met in their homes, their schools, and community environments.
