Zion Recovery Services is located in Iowa and is a licensed substance abuse program affiliated with their Department of Public Health. Since 1981 Zion Recovery has been empowering individuals in their personal recovery efforts providing a wide range of services to assist them in their recovery from addiction. They maintain eight outpatient offices throughout Southwest Iowa which includes communities of Atlantic, Red Oak, Greenfield, Shenandoah, Clarinda, Adel, Perry and Waukee. There is also a residential and halfway house facility in Clarinda, Iowa for adult males that Zion provides for individuals in need of recovery from addiction.
Zion provides integrated comprehensive treatment services and levels of participation to meet the needs of each individual as they change moving through their treatment and recovery. Throughout treatment their staff encourages their clients to include family or other important people in their life during therapeutic activities. Their staff understands how important it is for their clients to have strong positive support during their recovery efforts. Combining self-help group involvement with support from family members or others strengthens their client's recovery goals.
