Founded in 1973, FLACRA is a private, not-for-profit substance abuse treatment provider with decades of experience and 6 different program locations throughout the 5-County Finger Lakes Region with outpatient, residential, crisis center, vocational, housing and youth services. Over 3,000 persons are served annually.
